• R. H. “Bob” Bourdon – Chief Executive Officer

  • 30 years with Florida Department of Transportation with extensive experience in the maintenance and construction operations fields. Served as District Maintenance and Construction Engineer for District Four, Six and also for the Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise.

  • Retired in 1995 and pursued the private sector to establish maintenance contracting for the governmental sector. Developed as one of the principle founders of VMS, Inc the Asset Management industry as we know today. Started the company in Virginia and continued to grow the program in a very successful manner in Florida, Texas, Washington DC, Maryland, Oklahoma and Alaska.

  • Retired from VMS in 2007 to pursue the development of a services firm to support the Asset Maintenance industry and the governmental agencies.
     

• Raymond R. “Ray” Klein – CEO of TRK, Inc

  • 30 years with Florida Department of transportation with extensive experience in construction management. Served as project engineer on major sections of the interstate in Miami – Dade County.

  • Retired in 1988 to work in the private sector on contract management for Keith & Schnars, Associates. Assisted in client management for several county governmental section in south Florida..

  • In 1992 left Keith & Schnars to work for Serverdup, Inc working on the Florida’s Turnpike as Contract Manager for all maintenance contracts on the turnpike.

  • Retired again and then in 1997 went to work for VMS, Inc to develop their independent Quality Assurance program for their Asset Management contracts in Virginia, Florida and Texas. Currently working for CAB Professional Consulting Services, Inc performing quality reviews for the Asset Maintenance industry.
     

• James L. “Jim” Lichtenberg – Individual employment group.

  • 25 years in the Consulting Engineering and Land Surveying business. Served as office manager for large firm running their Parkston, SD office. Firm handled the design, project layout and contract administration on many roadway and utility projects.

  • Served in the same capacity for Flannery Engineering until April 2000.

  • Retired in April of 2000 to work for VMS, Inc to work in their independent Quality Assurance program for their Asset Management contracts in Virginia, Florida and Texas. Currently working for CAB Professional Consulting Services, Inc performing quality reviews for the Asset Maintenance industry.
     

• Kelly Lichtenberg – Individual employment group.

  • 12 years as a small business manageruntil may of 2000.

  • Began work with VMS, Inc to work in November 2005 in their independent Quality Assurance program for their Asset Management contracts in Virginia, Florida and Texas. Currently working for CAB Professional Consulting Services, Inc performing quality reviews for the Asset Maintenance industry.
     

• R. E. “Bob” Napier – Individual employment group.

  • 10 years with Virginia Department of Transportation working in the maintenance division for the Richmond District. Worked as contract manager for the first Asset Management contract with VMS, Inc. for 8 years.

  • Retired again and then in 2006 went to work for VMS, Inc to work in their independent Quality Assurance program for their Asset Management contracts in Virginia, Florida and Texas. Currently working for CAB Professional Consulting Services, Inc performing quality reviews for the Asset Maintenance industry.
